Chelsey Nardi

As a Senior Research Manager at Empirical Education, Chelsey is responsible for managing the complete research cycle of randomized controlled trials and quasi-experiments evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs. Prior to joining Empirical, she worked for McREL International as a Research and Evaluation Associate, and at Metropolitan State University of Denver as an Affiliate Faculty in the Department of Biology. She has additional experience as a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) coordinator at the University of Colorado Denver (UCD).

Chelsey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from St. Cloud State University and a Master’s degree in Microbiology from North Dakota State University. She recently graduated with her PhD from UCD. Her dissertation explored the application of antiracist theories in science education. Explore some of Chelsey's most recent work below.
